Customer Satisfaction

We asked our users:

How likely is it that you would recommend GovernorHub to a friend or colleague?

This is the key question that companies ask to find their Net Promoter Score (NPS).

GovernorHub scored an NPS of 57

Net Promoter Score is a measure of customer experience. It can be as low as -100 or as high as +100. A positive NPS is good, and an NPS of 50 or more is excellent.

Over 460 of our users answered this question with a score from 0-10, resulting in a Net Promoter Score of 57 for GovernorHub!

Making your life easier

GovernorHub’s main goal is to make our governors’ and clerks’ work easier, and to help them be more effective in their roles.

With that aim in mind, we asked our users:

How well does GovernorHub meet your needs as a governor/trustee/clerk?

97% of people said that GovernorHub met their needs somewhat well or very well.

Does GovernorHub make your governing work easier?

94% of people said yes, GovernorHub does make their governing work easier.

Does GovernorHub make you more effective as a governor/trustee/clerk?

89% of users said yes, GovernorHub does make them more effective in their role.

Saving you time and money

Not only do we want to make our users’ governing work easier, we also strive to save them time and money by using GovernorHub for their Boards.

We asked our users:

Does GovernorHub save you time in your duties as a governor/trustee/clerk?

87% of people said yes, GovernorHub does save them time in their governing duties.

Does GovernorHub save money for you or your school/academy?

A third of people that answered said they hadn’t noticed a difference (though many said this was due to them not being the decision-makers when it comes to finances for the Board) and nearly 60% of people said that GovernorHub saved money for their school or academy.

We were thrilled to hear that, of all the users who had contacted the help-desk, 99% of them said the advice they received was helpful.
